Returns

• In accordance with European law, you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase and return the item, this period starting from receipt of the goods. Returns are usually processed within a week to a week and a half. You will receive an email notification once the return has been completed and the refund has been processed.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for any damage that may occur upon return of the item; insurance is strongly recommended.
• If an item is returned damaged by the customer, restoration costs will be charged and deducted from the refund, provided that restoration is possible without loss of value. If restoration is not possible without loss of value, a penalty equivalent to 50% of the original value of the item will be deducted from the refund.
