A great classic of the post-war period and of French industrial lamps, the Jielde lamp is a timeless icon.
Around 1949, Jean-Louis Domecq designed a lamp adapted to the needs of his business, a simple, robust, articulated lamp with no cables in the joints.
Here we present a lesser-known model, even more sculptural than the Standard, the LAK.
It features angular arms (instead of round tubes) and a kepi-shaped shade.
It’s a strong presence piece, equally at home as a floor lamp in the living room or as a table lamp (arms folded like an accordion) on a console or desk.
Graphite finish and microcrystalline wax protection.
